David Wiemers started this agency because he was tired of what he saw in the industry. Captive agents selling one carrier's products, limited options, and clients who had no idea they were overpaying. He built Wiemers Insurance Group with a different philosophy: become truly independent, build exclusive direct relationships with hundreds of carriers, and shop the entire market on behalf of every client. That way, we access wholesale rates most agencies can't, and we pass every savings directly to you. Twenty years later, that philosophy has grown into the largest independent insurance agency in Katy, serving tens of thousands of families and businesses across Texas. We're still privately owned, we're still locally rooted, and David is still here.
