About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Wiemers, you'll be the first point of contact for clients calling about their policies, claims, and coverage questions. You'll help homeowners, drivers, business owners, and renters across Texas and Louisiana get answers quickly and clearly. The work is varied, the people are friendly, and your impact on a client's experience is direct.

What you'll do
  • Answer inbound calls and emails about policies, billing, and coverage changes
  • Process endorsements, renewals, and policy updates across our 100+ carrier network
  • Help clients file claims and follow up with carriers until each one is resolved
  • Coordinate with our agents on quotes, policy reviews, and complex client questions
  • Keep client records accurate and organized in our agency management system
What we're looking for
  • 1+ years of customer service experience (insurance experience is a plus, not required)
  • Clear, calm communication on the phone and in writing
  • Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule
  • Reliable internet and a quiet remote workspace
  • Texas General Lines license, or willingness to obtain within 90 days (fully sponsored)
